    extended project
Hi I am supposed to be doing an extended project over the summer and I love to do it on Italian renaissance and the way that influenced 20th century english literature such as E.M Forster. Does anyone know any one else who was influenced by the renaissance? I was thinking maybe Virginia Woolf although I have never read any thing of hers, I just know she went to Italy. Thanks for any help

I think this is a very difficult topic to do, mainly because there was no literary movement with regards this; you are really looking at writers who found the italian renaissance, among numerous other topics or periods of history, interesting. You also have an additional hurdle of narrowing it down to 20th Century writers. I don't envy you at all as I think you will find this a huge challenge, good luck!
