    no press for 2 weeks?
    If I bench 3x (mon/wed/fri) a week for 2 weeks and no press for 2 weeks will my press fall?

    I really need my bench to progress fast as possible. Im doing ss btw.

    My bench right now is 58kg and press is 42kg

    It's not SS if you bench 3x a week.

    Do the ****ing program. Don't "rush" anything, EVER with regards to lifting as a hobby/sport.

    iv been on 58kg for 4 sessions now. im dealoading to 55.


    since april I managed to add only 4kg to bench.

    That's pitiful. You are seriously doing something wrong. Are you on a major calorie deficit?

    The girls don't care how much you can bench, and with your numbers I don't think you'll be doing an NFL combine or a meet any time soon. DO YOUR PRESSES.

    and im 5'8 149.6lb. iv been gaining at least 1lb a week so far...

    If the weight on the scale and the weight on the bar have stalled, you need to up your food.

    Relatively, presses aren't that responsive to exercise. Whether that's exercise, or lack of exercise. It won't move. Don't drop them though.

    That's not a ****ing deload. Just over one session? Try deload toast least 50kg.
