google search/linkedin help!

    google search/linkedin help!
    i have just deleted my linkedin account. yet, when i type my name on google, i can still see my whole linkedin profile, which i really dont want.


    how long untill this will be no longer visible, is there something i can do about it?

    Can you reactive your account? If so log in and just edit your profile to blank.

    Why did you get rid of it anyway?

    try clearing your cache and then reloading the profile, it may be that you are viewing a preloaded version from your PC. As for the Google search results still displaying, I'm afraid it will take some time for this to be corrected as you will have to wait for Google to respider that particular page to learn that it is no longer in existence.
