A dress which covers the shoulders?
Seems like almost everywhere I look I can't find a nice dress which covers the shoulders. Everything appears frumpy, dreary and overly conservative. All the nice prints and styles belong to the strappy dresses. Any help?
    Preferably for going out.

How much of your shoulders need to be covered? Is a cap sleeve okay or do you need 3/4 or full length sleeves?

You get quite a few nice lace dresses with quater sleeves in TKMaxx as far as I've seen. You're not looking hard enough woman!
