I'm having knee trouble atm as well. The are loads of different types of knee injuries that people get, mostly to do with the tendon and ligaments. It could be just a sprain but if it's painful it's best to go see your GP just to rule out anything serious. Although I think everyones knees click to some extent.

Yes, my left knee does this but I can still walk, sprint, play football but sometimes for no reason it randomly hurts so much.

I had a similar problem many years ago when I was training Muay Thai. The doctor told me that it was due to damaged cartilage. I stopped running for a long time and it disappeared eventually.

Now I'm squatting and performing deadlifts with no issues. Good luck.

how long is a "long time",i stopped for about 5 months ,and it dont much of a difference

Hi I also have a clicking knee every time I bend my leg but it's not injured so is there anything wrong with my knee?

yeah I had the same and got told it was due to cartalidge. Go see your GP they can have it x rayed and possibly do something further coz if it's painful you don't want to just leave it
