I think what you really need to do is get some work experience - it isn't just to tick the boxes on your application personal statement, its to tell you if a career is right for you. So try and get some work in nursing, occupational therapy, physio, and medicine. There is speech and language therapy as well? They deal with a really big range of things (its a career I really considered for a while) and again, its the sort of thing that mixes the managing your own caseload as a doctor would do, but still being able to get a bit closer to patients.

So yeah, get some work experience and decide what you actually wnat to go for
