I've just returned from a tour/volunteering project in Cuba and want to do some work with youth/human rights/politics/pretty much anything in Britain before I hopefully go to uni. I'd love to go somewhere a bit more urban than where I live but I'm really struggling to find opportunities.
So I'm interested to know what sort of thing every one else is doing and possibly how you got into it

I've just started volunteering at the RSPCA I applied in June so they've taken AGES. My first official day tomorrow.

Always wanted to go to Cuba.

I'm still volunteering at the British Heart Foundation, been there for nearly 8 1/2 months nw. Just gonna continue volunteering there until uni.

Next summer i'm going to look to do some volunteering in a national park. Did two weeks in Iceland and fell in love with volunteering outdoors.
