Not something tight, but you probably already worked that out yourself!
Maybe something that is fitted on top to suit your boobs, with an empire line so the skirt will drift over your belly and thighs and will be a more flattering shape.
Try and avoid something too short as well so the hemline doesn't draw attention to your thighs.

You could try a peplum dress which will help to hid your stomach but shows your waist or a wrap dress which comes in at the waist but the bottom of the dress is much more loose. Try shops like boohoo miss guided

like these, more fitted around the shoulders/bust and then loose fitting lower down

I would say skin fitting jeans, a vest and a jacket that just covers half off your butt

that is usually an apple shape. My mum is the same

You want to elongate your torso and draw the eye onto you lovely big boobies So V-necks which will also make your shoulders look slimmer
Wrap around tops always look good too
blouses that have a tighter waistband below the boobs and loser around the tummy. or belted jackets to pull you in.
You always want a jacket that comes down to the skinniest part of your thigh or mid-belly.
Darker colours are always complimentry, like a really nice deep purple
and vertical stripes make everyone look taller
Boot cut jeans give you a really nice hourglass figure, and short skirts [if you can brave it ] make your legs appear longer.. say 1-5 inches above the knee

For your shape I would definitely recommend a peplum dress. The shape accentuates the curves in a way that looks flattering & DD boobs would look great in anything! :youbetcha:
