    Inequalities
A rectangular field has length (2x+8)metres and width (4x-3) metres
The perimeter of the field is no more than 112 metres. Find the greatest possible area of the field.

    I've done this question now.

    Re: Inequalities
As far as I understand the perimeter is no more than 112. Then you have this inequation for a perimeter of a rectangular:

    2 *(2x+8 + 4x-3) < (or equal) 112. (2x+8 = a and 4x-3 = b)

I would recommend you to form an equation which is equal 112. Then I would solve to x to see
what is the highest value for x. All right?
