    lads help me D:
Basically, I've been offered a place at a couple of universities and I'm prone to accept one of those asap. Since I'm a foreigner, I'd like to know from you what it could happen after I firmly accept an offer.. To be honest, I'm still unsure whether studying abroad is the right choice for me, and if I could be eligible for a student loan. If I change my mind before september, could it be possible to accept an offer today and eventually decline it before the academic year begins?

Maybe, depending on whether you're from the EU. See here

Yep. You can ask to be rejected (if your offer is conditional) or released (if it's unconditional) at any point. They can't force you to go there.

    That's reassuring! Thanks

Yeah since I'm european everything should be fine, it's because this is a tough decision for me. Leaving my country while being still dubious about my future isn't surely one of the smartest ideas I've ever thought so far.
