    Applying to same university
TSR, I'd like to know the answer to this one please:

(Nothing is set in stone yet...I'm just thinking about things...and probably being overly paranoid)

There MAY be a situation where I apply for my second degree (in the sciences) at University X. The thing is...I also applied to University X a few years ago for my initial degree (which was in the arts). They gave me an offer, but I turned them down (I love the uni but their course didn't sound as good as the one I firmed as it offered less flexibility).

If I do apply there again for a different degree, will they see that they offered me a place before and I turned them down? Or do they not keep a record of things like that? Would they even care if they did, I mean, do any unis have a 'no second acceptance' rule?

    Cheers for any help.

None have such a rule. Just make a good application and you'll be fine especially since it quite a few years back.

You'll be fine. Just remember you will get no student finance for a second degree, and it will be more expensive than your first (see ELQ fees).
