It would drip on and on for a long time, without any real plot of substance taking shape. That said, I wouldn't mind Christian Bale taking it on but there sure as hell isn't any realistic chance he'd do it.

People are only saying Bale since his part in American Psycho wasn't far detached from Grey.
Daniel Craig would get my vote, if I gave a ****. The book was terrible.

What do people think? I know they're quite inexperienced but I have a feeling that the role wouldn't ever go to an actor like Bale or Craig.

Like you said, a small amount of acting needs to be involved; Ferrara can execute that with his amazing acting qualities: 'boyish sense of charm, seductive abilities, and the ease at which he puts his female playmates in such a variety of situations.'(Original post by Aisha~~)

This book doesn't need an age rating on the front, it needs a "WARNING: **** BOOK" sticker on the front, and on every page within.(Original post by Disenchanted)
It will most likely be somebody in their 20s as Christian is supposed to be not that much older than Anastasia, a college student. And it isn't awfully explicit, but it definitely deserves an age rating (which it worryingly doesn't have on it's cover). -

And I don't know about the age rating, I read the Dice Man when I was like 10 and that's full of gangbangs, rapes, role-play, BDSM, humiliation.
