Heyy, was just wondering if anyone who's applied for accommodation at Northumbria for 2012, have you's heard back yet as to where you'll be living?

I got offered Victoria halls. I sent the forms in, but I haven't heard anything about what flat I will be in or anything yet.

The flat and room number was on the tenancy agreement, if you have a copy of the forms then you can find out but if you don't then you can log in here with the username and password you used to apply for accommodation (same as the username and password in your welcome pack): https://my.northumbria.ac.uk/login.jsp

You choose to log in under the accommodation bit and then click "Allocations" and then "Room". There will then be a code - the first two letters will be the halls you are in (so yours will be VH for Victoria Hall), the numbers after VH will be your flat number and then the number or letter after the dash will be your room number/letter. Eg I'm in Camden Court and my code is CC705-4 which is room 4 in Flat 705.

Edit: Also you won't get any confirmation unless you requested it, but whilst logged on you can click "Applications" then "Application Status" and then select "2012-2013 New Students" as the application period. If there is a date in the "Offer Complete" box then they've received it.

Thank you very much! I was getting very worried about that. It looks like I'll be in room 4 flat D02. Although now it seems they might not have received it despite me sending off the application from a Newcastle post box on Monday.
