You will most probably need A-levels or something equivalent like a 2:1 upper second class honours degree or something along those lines to be considered onto those courses. Also, I am currently trying to pursue a career in one of those fields but I think you have to get your aims prioritised because even though you may be in it for the money you have to show other interests also; for example, medicine...being a GP is stressing so you definitely need to predominantly show enthusiasm towards caring for people rather than salary as it will make it much more fulfilling as a career.

    Sorry, what?
You said you're a chemical engineer, but you don't have any science background and you're not in the chemical engineering field? So how are you a chemical engineer if you don't have any science qualifications?

If you want to make a lot of money then jobs in healthcare probably aren't for you. As has already been said you need to have many other reasons for studying medicine or dentistry, these aren't courses to be undertaken lightly...if your sole motivator is money then you need to be careful because an admissions panel will see right through it. Sorry to be blunt but without any of the entry criteria at all so far -these courses are hugely competitive - you need to know what you are letting yourself in for..it would be a long road.

I would think that a chemical engineer has the same earning potential as a dentist if not higher as it is a highly skilled private sector profession.

How did you get through a chemical engineering degree without doing any science.

I agree with UR4. From my experience so far, those that study Dentistry purely for the money are often left disappointed.
I think you should seriously consider if this career is for you.
    Best of luck.

wait, who doesnt study dentistry for the medicine?

who says to themselves, "I have the grades to become a doctor, but i like looking at teeth all day and doing the same repetitive things day in day out and i dont like the human body, just the teeth"

Medical profession has the highest paying salary, so stfu

STFU indeed. That's fighting talk where I come from!
There are other benefits to dentistry over medicine besides the money.

Dentistry is much more flexible in terms of working hours and you can get to run a Practice early on in your career.

Doctors get to do repetitive things over and over again too, I work part time as an HCA and I get to see more of the patients for longer than the doctors. The doctors can spend more time with paperwork and meeting with the MDT

There are pros and cons for both
