If you look at the pictures you'll see her face is bloated, and imo it doesn't look like it's purely a result of gaining weight.

she used to look so much better and she knows it. The quality of her music as well as her looks has gone down over the last 3 years and I for one wish she'd go back to her Stripped/Back to Basic days. She used to be so good and now she only makes thumpa-thumpa club music.

What do you think?

Probably, celebrities have various procedures all the time. She had her boobs done long ago, so she's no stranger to it anyway. I don't care really, it's common practice in Hollywood.
