What are the differences between Grosvenor Place and Street Building?
I'm having to pick between the two and they both seem to have very similar facilities, both at exactly the same cost, does anybody know any major differences between the two?

There's little difference. More rooms at Grosvenor Place so you're more likely to get a place. Street is newer so the rooms look newer but I didn't personally like the layout, everything seemed to be placed strangely. Also, you get a window seat with Grosvenor Place.
