2. First you need to call your network ask for a PAC code then call giffgaff and they will transfer the number for you

You can't'call' giff gaff.
I don'tknow how to use the giffgaff website.

So you buy the voucher...Do you put the giffgaff sim in your phone? Which number do you call to top up? In the website it says to activate by topping up with debit card, are you sure voucher will work? -

You can then buy a goodybag on the website at https://giffgaff.com/buy. You can buy the £10 goodybag using your credit you have, so you'll have the £10 goodybag and £5 credit left remaining.
In the future if you buy a voucher, it will give you £10 credit and not the goodybag. To buy the goodybag you have to buy it online via the website, and then buy it from your credit

The part in bold is not true, there is a 'Auto top up' Button in your profile, and a 'recur your goody bag' button.
