What course have you applied for? When someone misses their offer, their application automatically reverts back to the respective LSE admissions tutor. Firstly, they'll look to see if they have any places left on the course, and if so, they'll compare each application (that has failed to make the offer) and judge which candidate/s they still want to take on. We've just gotta hope and pray, it certainly has happened before. I am in a similar situation to you, however my offer from LSE is A*AA Good luck

I'm worried i won't get my course which requires me to achieve AAA :L but I have extenuating circumstances. Then again that doesn't mean that they would take me anyway if i miss it

Roughly 10% of people miss their grades and 10% of people that miss their grades still get let in (i.e. 1% of the offer holders).
