Try taking a rennie, that should calm your stomach down and if that doesn't work then try dry toast and flat coke (very important that it's flat, put a glass of it in the fridge to speed up the process). Paracetamol don't work for me but if they have worked for you before then take those because they won't upset your stomach whereas other painkillers like ibuprofen and co-codamol will.

EDIT: Also... your throat might feel full because your glands are up which is a sign you have a virus. Use your fingers to feel underneath the edges of your lower jaw bone on either side of your neck and if it feels swollen/lumpy then that's what it is.

Hopefully it's just a nasty cold-like virus and your body will fight it off. You might still feel tired and a bit drained after the main symptoms have passed though. I was always told with things like this to give it 3-5 days, if the symptoms worsen or you get any really worrying ones (can't swallow, eat, drink/take painkillers things like that) call your GP for an urgent appointment. If the symptoms stay more or less the same over this period but begin to lift by day 4 or 5 then give it another 2-3 days and hopefully you'll be back to normal, if not go to the GP.

If the symptoms stay exactly the same for 3-5 days with no sign of relenting then call the GP. Giving it a few days and explaining this to the GP will make their job easier, so many people go to the doctors on day 1 or 2 of a virus which may only last 7 days and the GP can't really do anything about it other than say 'rest and take painkillers when needed'. If you give it a couple of days then go to the GP and say 'I've had these symptoms for 5 days and they're not getting any better' then they'll be able to help you a little more.

I hope you feel better soon and it is just a light cold/flu-like virus which has taken you un-awares.

If you're not eating much because your throat hurts then that is probably why your stomach feels like that. Try making smoothies with fruit and milk/ice cream, you'll be getting some goodness from the fruit, plus a lot of sugar which will give you a bit of a kick and the milk/ice cream are cold so will soothe your throat. Though if you think you may have or have had a history of bacterial throat infections then go easy on the milk.

I think for now this is your best bet, until you can see your doctor.
