hmm, I've only played the first two on that list but I absolutely loved KH2. I've even replayed it
I liked the story and characters,memorable boss battles too(Organisation 13 members,Sephiroth )

My favourite is probably the first one, but thats just because it has a great storyline and it was the first one I played, so it got me into the series and was a great beggining to the series in general. It has the most nostalgia for me and nostalgia is always good.

Number 2 was amazing too though and I'm also currently enjoying the new 3Ds one.

I think KH1 had the stronger storyline and gameplay over KH2 (Too much pressing triangle). The story in KH:Re: COM, is pretty strong as well, but they haven't released it on pal. (yes I know we have COM).
