As the title suggests, I'm considering either one of the above tablets. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of them both and can offer their insight.

I know there are different models for both offering different storage options and different camera configurations etc, but as I'll be using it whilst traveling I'm more interested in your views about battery life and screen readability in sunlight for instance.
