Not heard from NHS about bursary?
    Hey!
I'm going to do Radiotherapy in September and I still haven't heard anything from the NHS about my bursary. Has anyone else heard yet? I emailed them a while ago and they said that people should start getting emails soon but its now weeks/months (can't remember) later and I still haven't heard anything?

Just wondering whether other people have heard yet, if so I may get in touch with them again!

    Thanks, Jodie

If you haven't heard back by now, apply online now anyway. Due to the change from paper to online applications, they're probably a bit behind with invitations telling people to apply.

I recived an Email Monday morning saying that my Uni had contacted them to say that I would be doing an NHS funded course and I should start an online application. If you have done nothing go to www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/Students/3266.aspx and follow the BOSS Online application link, today!

It is pretty quick in my experience, taking about 2-3 weeks from submitting the application to getting the final bursary amount.

Would you be able to tell me what a 'student barcode coversheet' is? I need to send it with my evidence but I have no idea what it is! thanks

When you log into your online account, you get sent to your homepage. On the right, there will be a table called 'Documents' with a list of links for what you need to print off. It's a link called 'PDF Student Coversheet'.
