Re: The 8 friends that appear on your Facebook page... random or not?I always thought it was randomized in some way. At the bottom of the Introducing Timeline page where it tells you that X amount of your friends have timeline and then has eight friends, they always happen to be the same set of friends.

Re: The 8 friends that appear on your Facebook page... random or not?I'm not really sure, but 4/8 of the friends on mine i know, but don't really interact with that much on Facebook. Maybe its a mix of people you interact with a lot and people who view your profile a lot?
