Its nothing to do with gender although I do think that women turn on the water works, try to pain the guy out as the baddie or make out they were so drunk it wasnt there fault whereas guys are obviously the stronger ones so can hardly use to poor old little m line.

There is never an excuse for cheating Whether your drunk, not given enough attention cheating is inexcusible people just use the 'Oh I was drunk' line to try justify and sooth their guilty conscience, maybe its not true once a cheat but the line 'what goes around comes around' is most certainly true

I've cheated in the past and the only reason I can put it down to is I'm insecure. I cheated because I needed reassurance from someone that I found attractive and who wasn't my boyfriend. I like to think I'm a little bit more grown up now and that I'd work on issues instead of cheating. I've been with my current boyfriend for 2 years and haven't cheated, or wanted to. I think this is because whenever we've had arguments or problems, I've worked through them with him instead of running into someone else's arms for reassurance and attention.

I am extremely sorry and feel terrible about cheating, and I've learnt my lesson, having had a rather nasty taste of my own medicine.
