    Excel Chart Question
So I have a 2D Clustered column which has a lot of data making it stretch a lot & I have customized it to have lines & other things.
I want to split the chart off at the end of the month so that I can start
another chart that will look the same except start at a later date.So I would get part 1 and part 2 charts instead of a really long scrunched up chart.
    How do I do this?

I've tried copying it & resetting the date & data but it won't work properly and insist on putting numbers instead of the date,I don't want to start from scratch making a new chart because I forget how I got to make the 1st chart look the way it is which took a lot of testing different things out.
    Will give rep for help.
Sorry if I'm not making much sense its hard to describe.
    Ty

Pictures do really help alot in Excel/Calc threads.
    Things which may help:
You can save a chart type so you can easily format charts in the same way again.
    Format cells as Date.
Change the rows that excel is pulling the data from.

If the above post doesn't solve this, can you post a copy of the file that you're working with?
