lol, no, stash is uni club gear, typically hoodies, polos and t-shirts. It tends to be quite highly sought after. I've known people join sports clubs just to buy the stash and then quit.

Band t-shirts work wonders in picking up girls at uni. If they like the band, they will often come up and talk to you, and you've automatically got something to chat about. Its gotta be a cool band, obviously.

Ah yes, for the ones at my University you could only wear them on very casual outings, definitely not for a meal or clubbing.

Oh, obviously! I see what you mean, and t-shirts with half naked girls on can have the same effect.

When I think of band t-shirts I see this:

I very rarely see one that looks nice, and the ones I have seen that look nice are the 'fashionable' ones, where it'd be following a trend

Well yes, but then I personally would never go out for a meal in a t-shirt anyway, and for clubbing it really depends on the club.

The thing is, you get a very different kind of girl come up to you whilst wearing a band t-shirt to the kind of girl who comes up to you if you were to wear a naked girl t-shirt. In my experience, the former is vastly preferable to the latter. At least you know you have the same taste in music.

So do you think just a plain shirt like these would be better?

I don't really like them either I'm afraid. The first one is the best thing so far mind you. The second looks like its been vandalised.

I quite like just plain contrast t-shirts.
