Looks like a blister to me? I usually pop them with a sterilised needle. If it's not a blister (can't really tell on a photo) and it's something you've never seen before then a non-emergency trip to the GP could be the answer.

See a doctor instead of waiting for some 13 year old teen studying Biology on this site, give you the wrong advice.

Looks like a blister. Stick a plaster over it and it'll burst itself in a couple of days.

It doesn't look like its something serious, I've had them too. Just keep a ice pack on there for a while.

It's a blister. Very common from new shoes due to the rubbing on parts of your foot. You can pop it, but it's not recommended as it could get infected. Just stick a plaster over it, and it'll go in a few days.

Rub some bacteria from a hot tub on it. Will make you better.

It's just a blister, pretty common. Just drain it using a sterilised needle and stick a plaster on it.

I reckon it's a corn (dunno if that's the right word for it but that's what the dictionary said). Buy some special plaster from the pharmacy that have acid in them and it hust kinds comes off by itself.

Blisters are full of liquid and if it feels soft it's defo a blister. If it's hard it's a corn. Here's a link to a pic of the package of plasters that you should get
