I'm pretty sure you implied that she was riding it bareback. Don't contradict yourself and then assume because you may or may not be older than me that your argument is any more relevant and that you're any smarter.

Sex and drugs are two different things; pregnancy and overdosing are not the same. The outcome of each activity is completely different. My dad smokes and has been doing so since he was 14, yeah, we nagged him to stop because it concerns his health, whereas having safe sex isn't going to give you lung cancer and asthma.

The OP is not her mother, the OP is her friend who is asking permission to judge her as a person and as a woman based on her sexual promiscuity, which is causing no one harm. If she was really concerned about her friend, she would ask what could she do to advise her on safe sex, not 'is she a skank'.

Aside from finding her behavior disgusting, I cannot stand women who brag about getting laid. This is a fallacy. In most sociable primates, long-term monogamy isn't the norm, and indeed it's rare to find life-partnerships in most animal groups.

It's thought that monogamy in humans originates not from some genetic imperative, but from the transition from nomadic lifestyles to more settled societies, where personal property began to have significant value (previously a person couldn't 'own' more than they could carry, and all resources needed to be shared anyway) and it became necessary for the inheritance of property that a man knew exactly which children were his.

Furthermore, even if this was true, it wouldn't have any bearing on the case here. What happens in other animals (or indeed in ancient humans) has absolutely no bearing on what is acceptable today. Morality isn't about what most people do - it's about what it should be permissible for people to do.

I'm not sure why I'm replying because this thread is full of all that's absolutely reprehensible about TSR's social conservatism. I'm off to some websites where people respect the choices others make in their private lives.
