You Might, I'm an EU student (I'm from sweden) and I'll attend the Uni in the UK, and I'm elligible for the student loans - but only the loans for the tuition fees..

I think it may be a difference if you are an EU member or not..

I'm not sure, but you will most likely be eligible to the tuition fees loan at least.. I would be unlikely that I can get the tuition fees loan and you couldn't..

    Yes..

Yes I think you Could, but it depends on how much you are willing to work (both work and school), and most of all it depends on your school hours... If the school demands more hours than you have (my previous uni did) than it's hard to find time for work as well..

depends where you've been living in the last 3 years- outside of the EU= no loans, in the EU= tuition fee loan

in that case unless you can prove your parents were away temporarily for work then you probally wont be eligible for a tution fee loan, nationality is irrelevant

If you are not an EU member then you are not eligible for student loan.
In fact you're not eligible for ANYTHING.

Irish Nationality, by that I suppose you mean citizenship? Technically that would make you an EU citizen and then you would be eligible for student loan.
You'd also need a permanent residency in one of the EU countries, at least.

Although you should probably phone SFE and talk to them about it.
