Try looking on youtube.

teach yourself...

the internet is filled with tutorials, guides, references etc...

then just use it all the time... - as you use it, you will encounter problems- things you want to do, but cant... --- just look up these online...

give it a few months, many months, or yeaers to master it fully - and youl stop hitting problems, and just be able to do what you like

I learnt through trial and error; it helps if you have some sort of 'goal' in mind so you can work out which tools are suitable for different functions. This site has some good basic tutorials to get you started

Trial & Error is the best method for Photoshop. I learnt back with CS3 and as the software advances you learn it

Look on youtube for a series called 'You suck at photoshop' it's entertaining and you'll learn more than in most tutorials.
