I've been liking the Judo. I don't understand the scoring or anything but getting people on their backs looks fun

Scoring is quite simple, big throw (i.e. opponent on back) is an 'Ippon' and 100 points and a straight win.
A 'wazari' is half an 'ippon' and 10 points for a good throw but maybe not as much force. Two 'wazari' = ippon (win).
Throw with opponent on side is a 'yuko' and a small score. No amount of 'yukos' will add up to a wazari or ippon.

Watching the archery has really really made me want to try it, but I'd been reading about it a couple of weeks ago, so I was already interested :p:

I've tried archery at an activities weekend but it is EXTREMELY difficult. Then again I'm dyspraxic, so I will find things harder where co-ordination is central to the game.

I would like to try diving, cycling or canoeing though - I've done canoeing before and I'm terrible (on the same activities weekend) and I ended up crashing into the bush/side of the lake when I was about 12
