Ive had this 'problem' for quite some time. i waste so much time on the internet and i cant seem to drag myself away, and i really want to stop but cant. even if im not tweeting or on facebook etc i am constantly watching my stream and when im out of the house im thinking about the internet. if i dont have access i cant stop thinking about it and its always on my mind. it really annoys me and i want to stop using it but i have no idea, please could someone give me some tips?

I have the same problem. Last time I went away on holiday and had no internet access for a whole week I felt really depressed. During the holidays I spend the vast majority of my time on the internet. I just can't help it. Like now for example, why the **** am I sitting on the internet doing nothing at this time?

exactly the same, my main concern on holiday was what the hotel wifi password was

This is an issue for me too, although not as severe as yours. It is a horrible addiction. It helps to find a hobby you like I've picked reading as a hobby now and honestly it feels great to be doing something that actually benefits me for the future

ive tried keeping my laptop upstairs and just staying down but i keep going up to check quickly its so annoying, im trying to read as well

hahahahahahahaha, ohh ****, I know I do it, but I didn't realise how sad it was until I read that aloud, jeeez, and I keep blowing my friends off to sit at home and do nothing. ahhhhh
