Not really, but they're unlikely to ask you that unless there's an obvious difference. Little tricks that might help - location (Golgi usually closer to membrane) and look for vesicles budding off/between layers.

Yeah Golgi and ER are pretty distinct so you shouldn't have any problems identifying them on electronmicrographs. Golgi reminds me of a stack of pancakes...well kinda lol.
