I have accepted a conditional offer and have achieved the grades in June via a national diploma, will I have to wait until A-level results day for them to recieve my results?

If you have already gotten the required grades then they should have accepted you by now. Did you tell your uni i don't think UCAS sends national diplomas results to them. Call them prompto as IB students who got their results 7th july have got confirmed uni places now. Good luck!
