How much in advance do you start an essay?

    So how long would you give your self to write an essay?

    How long does the essay have to be? Is it official coursework or just a class assignment? How long does it usually take you to write a decent essay?
    I'd give yourself at least a few days, to take lots of breaks, and maybe have someone else check it.
