    Boris Johnson for PM?
After a recent article I read in the i paper, Boris Johnson has massive popularity among The Conservative Party.

In a recent poll, Boris was rated at a massive +27
    William Hague at about +7
    David Cameron at -2
and George Osbourne at about -12

So, TSR, do you think Boris can become PM? Poll included

Clwyd South isn't/ wasn't a well known Tory heartland.

He is pretty awesome He has a colourful personality whereas Cameron is a little bit cold and 'just another guy in a suit' taking their turn to run the country. But on the other hand Cameron is serious, and you need to be serious when you're running the country. It is serious business after all.
And he hasn't done anything stupid as a mayor, well not that I know of. But I doubt he would get in :/

Nothing does more for destroying your credibility as a PM than being PM.

I definitely think we'll see him as the leader of the Conservative Party a few years down the line, people seem to love him and his name is in the news much more often that David Cameron or Nick Clegg.

He wouldn't be able to act the way he does now as PM, with the International community having their eye/media on him etc

Clwyd South isn't/ wasn't a well known Tory heartland.

You specifically asked. I gave an entirely factual answer. You didn't ask, what strong Tory area wouldn't want him? Because that would be a silly question.

Only if he acted exactly the same on international trips as he does now. Did you know he got stuck on a zip wire with a union flag in each hand today? That's the kind of person we need representing us. He'd be amazing.

I see it irrelevant to judge politicians by their parties as it all chips away to character, which Boris has vaults of.

So yes, Boris all the way since he is the most viable person in Britain's political system.
