For example, the idea of introducing a reading test for 5-year-olds that includes fake words. The ****? He says this kind of thing works internationally. Yet a education expert (not in the Dept of Education thank god) said it didn't work at all, 2/3 of the kids tested 'failed'. I bet half of them were really good readers. Making them read words like 'zog' and 'hig' or something is going to confuse them.
