    Nottingham and Birmingham are both reasonably nice too, in the right areas...

    yes but bham and nottingham are bigger cities.

    I live in leicester and would say yes it is a nice place. Birmingham is also nice too and bigger. However, it depends what you define best as to say which is best.

    Warwick is on the outskirts of coventry, its really nice, i think it deserves a mention
