    Bristol Biochemistry practicals - venue?
    Hi everyone!

I'm seriously considering applying for biochemistry at Bristol for 2013 entry, and I came on a tour on Tuesday (I really liked what I've seen and read so far). I just have one question, which arises from something I heard from the tour guide:

Where are the practicals held for 1st year biochemistry students? Is it true that they're not in labs in the main university precinct, but are a bus ride away?

I may have misheard, or just come to a stupid wrong conclusion, but if there are any Bristol students who could clear this up for me, that would be awesome!

    thank you

Probably the chem building but I may be wrong.

You're probably thinking of the stoke bishop halls or coombe dingle which are a bus ride away (or a 20-40min walk).

Ahh, that's probably it. Whilst I was on the tour I was happily nodding my head at everything the guide said, but once I got home I realised that I wasn't sure. Thank you!
