    Help with Access to HE
I really could use some pointers and some links as to where to look and how to apply for an access to HE course. I am interested in an english/history one close to Manchester (I need to commute really). Any help would be most appreciated.

Your best bet is just googling your local colleges and searching for it in the search function on their website. You should be able to apply online and it will tell you which modules are offered on the course which you could study. I'd get it in soon though as places will definitely be filling up or already be filled by now.
