My apologies, the changes were only to 1,2 and 3 and as i resulted i asked the speaker to insert the text above. I had expected the format and rest of the bill to be the same however i may not have been clear enough in my instructions.

Re: V477 - Diplomatic Immunity Bill 2012Something I've started working on which hopefully my successor will introduce is a form which will make formatting bills a little easier. It's something which I hope all parties will find beneficial and should end the problem of badly formatted bills.
