Hello guys, I wanted to ask what are my chances (if there are any) to be admitted to UCL if I got my TOEFL score 88, they require 94. I am an international student and have conditional offer for master degree.

I don't know the chances. It depends on how everybody else did.

Call the uni and ask them if they will still consider you

yeah u will need to call the uni. If they still have places (which they usually do) you will be offered a place anyway. But if the course has been over subscribed then u will not. In that case UCL will offer you another course that you could join if u wanted to
