Want to work for police but brother a criminal
I found a really good in the police subject to vetting of course. It's not as a police officer but as office staff doing administrative things. However my brother is a criminal, with numerous violent offences etc. I have no association with him (though obviously can't prove this) and the rest of my family are clean, he's just a bad cookie. I have not even so much as a caution next to my name and I've got a degree level qualification. I can't help but think my chances will be completely blown based on my brothers records which seems completely unfair. It's not my fault he's been a dickhead and ruined his life.

ergh yehh I looked into the Police force too, it sucks how they actually look into your own family and stuff!! (none of mine are criminals lol, but i did notice it saying that)

Its still worth you applying and then explaining you have nothing to do with your brother!
