    Vaginal discharge
I get a bit of discharge everyday and I hate it. It's usually thick and white. It doesn't smell rancid but I'd prefer if it wasn't there at all. I used to use soap in and around my virginal area right from when I was a child, and was then told alkali substances shouldn't be used down there. I also thought it might solve my discharge. I use femfresh and nothing has changed in terms of the amount of discharge expelled. Girls, do you normally get discharge and how heavy is it? Guys, is it a huge turn-off? Have you witnessed it while performing sexual activities? I should probably just get a douche before having sex.

If you're that worried then go and see your GP.
Thick, white discharge is normal though and it can come at different times during your menstrual cycle. If it smells, turns yellow/green, or you start to get itching too, then definitely go and see your GP. It's more than likely just normal though!

    This.
It really is likely to just be the norm for you don't worry!
As far as guys go, my boyfriend isn't overly excited about it but he knows its just my.body and so it doesn't bother him. It's there when it is and thats it.
    9/10 they won't notice.

It's annoying yes, but that's part of being female. It helps keep the vagina clean. How heavy it is can depend on the time of your cycle and will differ from one individual to another. Just wear pantyliners to handle it. It's normal and you should only be worried if it changes colour or there's an unpleasant smell.

Vaginal discharge is normal. In fact you need it to keep things clean and free from bacterial or fungal infections down there.

Most guys won't notice it at all. and if they do, screw 'em, they need to go read up on some biology and then grow up some more.

Also don't use fem fresh and do not douche. The first is a complete con and the second can seriously muck up your internal balance and lead to thrush and the like.
