Re: How old is your laptop?
4 year old, battery life is totally gone only lasts 3 mins if that on battery. Never had anything replaced on it, and only reset it once. Right now I don't have a massive need for a laptop it's just a luxury so for what I need it's running pretty well considering it was only about £350.

Almost 3 years now but I don't think I'll get another for at least a year. I spent about £500/£600.
I broke the hard drive, the charger, and gave it a virus or two but it's all fixed now (LOL)
But do have to keep it constantly on charge as the battery life is about 20 mins
Wonder if Macs are more reliable in terms of not screwing up the software through downloads? -
Re: How old is your laptop? What are these "near death" signs?(Original post by Jin3011)
4 years old for £670. Still works fast, but it's starting to give me those 'near death' signs - need to replace it fairly soon.
plan to keep it as long as possible unless I become a hardcore PC gamer
