    Animal stak
This has been the TOP rated product throughout the US on many websites and making its way to the UK as its becoming more and more popular in the UK. I'm definitely considering getting this, to put on even more size and strength.

Anyone tried these before? Or heard of them? (These have been round for 30 years )

You have to increase your testosterone levels by a hell of a lot to have noticeable effects. You can only do that through anabolics which I wouldn't recommend. Don't waste your money on products like this.

    Waste of money IMO

Those products will have very little (if any) real effect on your strength or physiology

    Save the money for food

Questionable if any efficacy, there is little or no evidence that any of the ingredients "work", especially with regards to ZMA, chromium, Tribulus, Arginine, etc. Think of it this way, if it was that good it would be banned or in widespread use (neither of which are the case).

It may have good reviews and it may be "popular" but that is simply a product of their marketing campaign, it is not an indication of whether it works or not. They have given out 1000s of free samples and sponsor 10s of athletes. On a similar note most people don't really know what they're taking, what they're doing or how it affects their progress. They make a small amount of progress and they mistakenly attribute it solely to *insert name of obscure/non-efficacious supplement here* rather than their diet and exercise regime as a whole.

Your testosterone levels now are probably the highest they're ever going to be making it even less likely that you will see any benefit from taking testosterone boosting supplements (assuming of course that they do work).
