Need Plymouth houseshare for Sep. 2012!Hello Everyone,
I'll be finishing my studies in the Plymouth University starting next September and I'm in need of a room in a student house, preferably near uni and bars. I'm 22 and I come from Marbella, a very nice town on the south coast of Spain, but I'm currently in Canada, which makes the viewing of houses pretty difficult.

Re: Need Plymouth houseshare for Sep. 2012!i have just left uni and have a contract for a room in a shared house with 5 other lads. it is a front, ground floor double room and is the largest room in the house. there is a shared kitchen and lounge and 2 bathrooms/toilets upstairs. rent is £87 a week including bills. the house is on 4 may terrace, in the st judes area of plymouth, so its only a 5-10 min walk to uni/town. 3 of the lads are final year students and the other 2 are second year. i'm looking for someone to take over my final year contract with the landlord straight away.
