I feel hate for everyone and I don't know what to do
I am so angry at everyone atm, people are just agitating me
I just want to be alone all the time and I feel the need to cry/shout all the time, my mum is getting angry with me because of it and I really don't know what to do that could cause this or make me feel Amy better
Advice would be great

Are you under stress for any clear reasons such as relationship break-ups, worried about exam results, or job prospects? Also, is this unusual for you or is it an escalation of personality traits you have always had?
Look up ways of relieving stress. One of the best has to be physical exercise - if you don't do much already, try doing some jogging, press-ups, etc. This should help to relieve some frustration - you could just be bored because it's the summer and you don't see your friends every day (assuming you are on school holidays - buy your name I would guess you were born in 1994
). If you aren't seeing your friends regularly, then try and meet up just to talk, etc.

Thanks yeah I am under a lot of stress atm with starting uni in London in September, and confusing relationship. Also the summer holidays are not going great either I guess everything must just be getting to me atm(Original post by PythianLegume)

You have to find a release - plain and simple. For some people it's exercise, taking up a new hobby, reading, taking more time to themselves, or doing something constructive.
E.g. I often feel irritated, frustrated and tired of dealing with people. So I started a blog, now I have an opportunity to spend an hour on my own, enjoy the peace and quiet and slowly develop something original
Stress is just a part of life, you need to find a suitable way to deal with it

I recommend tea. Tea helps.
If your username is any indication of your age, then you're in your late teens, of course you're still emotional and angsty. Your body has been growing and changing over the past few years, and that produces aches and pains. Your mind is doing exactly the same thing, and that causes irrational behaviour or feelings.

I have hormones just like the rest and sometimes I can't control how I feel so saying I have "teenage syndrome" is a bit of a pre judgement don't you think!

OP I have to agree exercise is a great way to relieve stress. When I was going through difficult times, I also started to write, and funnily enough writing for the villain is excellent stress relief.
Just try and take comfort in the fact that what you are feeling now will eventually pass, hope you start to feel more yourself soon.

Start exercising, be that running, lifting or taking up a martial art. Preferably more than one, they all relieve tension but a combination of punching pads and people, and properly working out as well, should do wonders for you.
Works for me anyway.

Exercise is an amazing way of making yourself feel better. Also I find music is great too. Just find a small thing you enjoy and really indulge yourself in it
