UCAS Application AS/A2 Form Filling Help Required
I am in the process of completing my UCAS Apply, being a bit of a keen bean.

The question I have, is if I am carrying on a subject to A2, do I enter it twice, once as an AS with my grade (when I receive it on 16th) and the second time as a full A2 (with pending as a grade)?

Or does this make it look like I'm doing a retake?

I did Maths (full A2), Biology (AS), Chemistry (AS), Physics (AS), Critical Thinking (AS) and two Further Maths module (M2, S2)

So this year, I'll be doing Biology (A2), Chemistry (A2) and the remaining 4 modules to make a full Further Maths (A2).

So, I'm assuming that I can enter in a full A2 for Maths; simple
Can fill my AS for Critical Thinking and Physics; I'm dropping both of them for A2.
Further Maths, I will be doing FP1 in January (my school does it weirdly), so technically I haven't done the AS yet. So do I put AS with pending as a grade?
And Biology and Chemistry, do I put AS and A2? Or just AS?

If anyone reads this thanks. I know I could wait until I get back to school, but I'm applying to Cambridge, and I wanna get my application off as soon as possible

What you do is fill in all your AS subjects with results-there'll be a drop down option for 'Advanced Subsidiary Level' under qualifications which you'll need to select for your ASs. You'll then need to enter the three subjects you're taking to A2, so in your case Biology, Chemistry and Maths, select 'Advanced Level' for the qualification type and select 'pending' for your A2 grade.

If you want to get it done ASAP I say fill out your A Levels on UCAS as soon as you get your results so you won't have to worry! Just make sure you get the exam boards, tier and grade correct-I nearly sent mine off with the wrong exam board listed for one of my subjects!

This will probably help, but if not, leave it til you go back to school. If you do it wrong and have to redo then it will take ages, and you can't send it off if it isn't correct.

    Hey guys,
I have to register at UCAS website. Don't know whether to choose "Apply 2012" or "Apply 2013". I will complete my application and send it in October.

    Apply 2013 because you're applying for 2013.
If you pick Apply 2012 then your UCAS application will be cancelled as soon as the clearing period is over for 2012 applications.
