Hi, I am going to applying to uni next year and writing my personal statement. I just wanted to know. Should I be doing business management, I want to start my own business after uni and have a strong interest in enterprise.

I am looking to gain key skills and am going to university for the social skills.

I am predicted to get between ABB and AAA. So what would be my best bet for this range?

With grades of ABB and AAA you should have a good chance of getting in. Opening a busniness is a good start and you will have a wide variety of jobs to work in.
